SR 8100 Epoxy system for Injection and Infusion

The SR 8100 is a two component epoxy system. It has been specially formulated for resin transfer processes, such as injection or infusion.

This system has a very low viscosity at ambient temperature. The different hardeners allow the moulding of small to large parts, with fast demoulding time.

High mechanical properties can be achieved using the SR 8100 / SD 8822-24.
The cured system gives a temperature resistance up to 80°C (Tg1)

SR 1710 Injection Structural epoxy system for Resin Transfer Moulding

Two component epoxy system, specially design for Resin Transfer Moulding processes. ( Infusion, injection…)

This system has a very low viscosity and a low reactivity hardener for large parts manufacturing.

SR 1710 has very high mechanical properties, especially interlaminar shear strength. Excellent retention of the mechanical characteristics in a wet environment. Temperature resistance: Tg1 max = 100°C

SR 1710 inj / SD 7820 High Temperature Epoxy system for infusion and injection processes

Two component epoxy system. Specially formulated with a low viscosity for RTM processes as injection, injection assisted by vacuum or infusion.

Reactivity of SR 1710 / SD 7820 is adapted for large parts.
High mechanical properties, specially on shear strength.
Excellent retention of the mechanical properties under water.
SR 1710 / SD 7820 has a high TG of 130°C after post-cure it permits the manufacturing of tooling by infusion.
