Epoxy system for the production of cellular foam

PB products are based on a two component formulation designed for the production "in situ" of low density epoxy foam.

The density of the finished product is determined by the resin base. This system is white but can be coloured by adding pigments for epoxy.

PB 250, PB 400 and PB 600 provide foams of approximately. 250, 400 and 600 kg/m 3 . The hardener influences the hardening speed and thus the potential thickness of the cast piece.

The mixes are working in two distinct stages:
1 Fast expansion of the casting.
Slow hardening of the mass.

PB 500 Sprayable

PB products are based on a two component formulation designed for the production “in situ” of low density epoxy foam.
The density of the finished product is determined by the resin base.

PB 500 S provides foams of approximately 500 kg/m 3.
The hardener influences the hardening speed and thus the potential thickness of the piece.

Easy mixing ratio by volume: 2 / 1
